Registration

Information about registration

Registration in the XXX ACEDE Conference requires 3 main steps:

1. Fill in the registration form by clicking here

2. Make the payment using one of these 2 options:

a) Bank card through a secure payment gateway.

b) Transfer to the bank account number: ES22-0049-4891-7926-1607-7659 (SWIFT Code: BSCHESMM), specifying:

CONCEPT: name and surname of the person interested in being registered
Account holder: ACEDE
Name of the bank: BANCO DE SANTANDER

3. Send a copy of the proof of payment to: sistema@congresoacede.org (if payment is made by bank transfer). In the case of doctoral student registrations, a document to certify this condition must be also attached.

** If you are a PhD student, you must attach proof of your PhD status, for example, proof of enrollment in a PhD program this term.

We remind you that, as the conditions for participating in the submission of work state, including papers for presentation in the Conference Program implies the registration and presence of at least one of the authors of the work at the Conference. When there are more than three co-authors, at least two of them must register for the Conference.

Registration will be confirmed once payment has been received, and all the registration requirements have been met.

The conference program may undergo changes.

Cancellation policy:

Cancellation of the registration must be made writing to the: sistema@congresoacede.org

  • Full fee will be returned until 1st June 2021.
  • 50% of the fee will be returned between 1st June 2021 and 15th June 2021.
  • From 15th June 2021 fees will not be returned due to administrative and management expenses.
